Just terrible

Bought this for my son's birthday and it was the worst. It was shipped from mainland China. The product received was only available in Chinese and English was not available. I asked to return it but was refused. Cannot convert to English, so it's rubbish. Customer service is also just terrible. I will never ever use this shop again.
